Team Leader Responsibilities

The Team Leader is responsible for organizing and assisting assigned shifts to achieve production goals within agreed timelines, while adhering to specified quality standards and managing budget controls. A core aspect of this position involves supervising and managing operators to ensure they work efficiently while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.

Key Tasks

Organize and assist assigned shifts to execute production plans within agreed timelines.

Qualifications and Requirements
