The Opportunity

Due to an aggressive expansion program and strategic acquisitions in new vertical markets, an opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic multinational team. This role is based in Al-Kharj and is a full-time position.

Role Summary

The Team Manager will be responsible for overseeing a self-directing, multi-functional team. The primary objective is to ensure the efficient intake of milk and the processing of specified dairy products. This role requires meeting internal customer requirements while adhering to management performance parameters, including efficiencies, loss-in-process, and zero non-conformance, by targeting specific product specifications, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a multi-functional team to ensure efficient milk intake and dairy product processing.
• Ensure production meets internal customer requirements.
• Monitor and maintain performance parameters, including efficiencies and loss-in-process.
• Implement and uphold zero non-conformance standards.
• Ensure adherence to specified product specifications, quality, and safety standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
