The Role of Team Manager

Almarai Company is seeking a Team Manager for a full-time position in Riyadh and Al-Kharj. This role involves managing a self-directing, multi-functional team responsible for the efficient intake and processing of poultry products. The Team Manager will ensure that specified poultry products meet internal customer requirements within defined management performance parameters, including efficiency, loss-in-process, and zero non-conformance. Adherence to product specifications, quality, and safety standards is paramount.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a self-directing, multi-functional team in poultry intake and processing operations.
• Ensure efficient processing of specified poultry products to meet internal customer requirements.
• Monitor and manage team performance against established parameters, including efficiency and loss-in-process.
• Maintain a zero non-conformance rate in product processing.
• Ensure strict adherence to defined product specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
