Sealy Mattress Middle East, operating as Middle East Mattress Factory Co. (licensee of Sealy Inc. USA), is seeking an Operations Supervisor for its manufacturing plant in Jeddah, Makkah Province. This full-time role is essential for overseeing daily manufacturing workflows and ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency across premium bedding lines.

Role Overview

The Operations Supervisor will manage day-to-day manufacturing floor operations and coordinate multi-cultural production crews. The position involves leveraging ERP infrastructure to meet daily production targets. Candidates should possess an engineering mindset, strong leadership capabilities, and specialized experience in manufacturing systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate, assign daily shifts, and monitor technicians and line operators to safely achieve production quotas.
• Manage operational directives on the floor to maximize machinery output, including automated sewing, pocket spring lines, and tape-edge machines.
• Utilize Odoo ERP (Manufacturing and Inventory modules) to trace materials, process logs, and track shift performance metrics.
• Coordinate with maintenance, procurement, and logistics teams to mitigate raw material shortages and plan scheduled downtime.
• Uphold stringent safety protocols and corporate quality benchmarks across all production lines.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in a relevant operations or production supervision role.
• Demonstrated experience in managing daily manufacturing floor operations.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems, specifically Odoo (Manufacturing and Inventory modules), for tracking and reporting.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing systems and workflow optimization.
