The Role of Transport Officer

Almarai is seeking a Transport Officer to join its team in Al Kharj, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves ensuring the efficient and compliant distribution of finished products to depots across KSA and the Gulf, adhering to transport plans while focusing on safety and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the distribution of finished products to depots throughout KSA and the Gulf region.
• Ensure all distribution activities align with established transport plans.
• Maintain adherence to safety regulations and compliance standards in all transport operations.
• Continuously monitor and manage costs associated with transport and distribution.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant leadership or management experience in a comparable environment.
• Experience within the logistics, supply chain, or FMCG sector is preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to inclusive and ethical practices.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Al Kharj, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a dynamic and integrated food and beverage manufacturing and distribution company.
