Role Overview: Real Estate Sales Specialist

Alhazem (وقت الحزم للتطوير العقاري), a prominent real estate development company, is seeking a dedicated Real Estate Sales Specialist to join its team. This full-time position is based in Al Khobar, Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia, and offers an opportunity to contribute to the company's sales initiatives.

Purpose of the Role

The primary purpose of this role is to enhance the sales team's capabilities by actively marketing and selling the company's diverse real estate projects. The specialist will be responsible for achieving sales targets and fostering client relationships to drive business growth within the Eastern Region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market and sell the company's portfolio of real estate projects.
  • Engage with potential clients, manage inquiries, and follow up diligently through to the completion of sales transactions.
  • Build, develop, and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients.
  • Present real estate offers clearly and effectively, highlighting the features and benefits of projects to prospective buyers.
  • Achieve established monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare and submit periodic sales reports to monitor performance and progress.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated practical experience in real estate sales within the Eastern Region.
  • Advanced negotiation and deal-closing skills.
  • Proven ability to build rapport and manage client accounts effectively.
  • Solid understanding of the local real estate market dynamics.
  • Professional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Capacity to work effectively towards achieving specific sales objectives.
