Role Overview

Halliburton is seeking an ESG Coordinator, HSE (A452-ESG-Coord, HSE) for a full-time position in Saudi Arabia, with locations including Al Qatif, Al Jubail, and Al Khobar. This role requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on the implementation of health, safety, and environmental policies under the direct supervision of Operations leadership. Compensation for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement health, safety, and environmental policies, procedures, and guidelines as instructed.
• Conduct activities related to hazard identification, risk management, incident reporting, investigation, and causal analysis.
• Manage waste minimization, pollution prevention and control, and emergency response.
• Ensure compliance activities across all areas of HSE.
• Oversee the integrated management system (HMS) to meet company needs and industry standards.
• Participate in and conduct internal, regulatory, and customer audits and inspections.
• Perform record-keeping and other general administrative duties.
• Provide technical advice, data interpretation, training, and process improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

• Undergraduate Degree in an HSE-related field, Science, or Engineering.
• Three years of experience in the Oil & Gas or Manufacturing industry.
• A total of 2-5 years of professional experience is required for this role.

Work Environment

This full-time position will involve duties within a defined project, work site, or geographic location, primarily in Al Qatif, Al Jubail, and Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
