About the Role

We are seeking an Architectural Drafter to join our team in Al Khobar, Eastern Province. This is a full-time position for an individual with 0-1 years of experience.

Role Overview

The Architectural Drafter will be responsible for producing and managing architectural and structural drawings. This role involves interpreting designs, creating detailed drafts, and ensuring accuracy in all documentation. The position requires close collaboration with engineers and architects to deliver precise plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Review architectural and structural plan drafts and designs for accuracy and completeness.
• Manually draft and edit architectural plans using drawing tools and tables.
• Draft architectural and structural plans using computer software.
• Print final plans using computer software at the required scale.
• Classify, document, index, arrange, and save engineering and architectural plans.
• Prepare quantity surveys based on project plans.
• Receive drafts of architectural and structural drawings and discuss them with the relevant engineer for interpretation.
• Prepare architectural designs and executive drawings.
• Review drawings and submit them to the architect for approval.
• Prepare final drawings according to the architect's directives.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience in architectural drafting. A foundational understanding of architectural and structural design principles is necessary. Proficiency in using manual drafting tools and relevant computer software for drafting is required.

Work Environment and Details

This is a full-time position located in Al Khobar, Eastern Province. The standard work week is 5 days. The role includes medical insurance.
