Job: Full-time, 8 hours a day - 6 days a week, and the required tasks are as follows:

  1. Welcoming customers and greeting them politely and professionally.

  2. Recording orders accurately in the system.

  3. Issuing invoices and ensuring the accuracy of amounts and prices.

  4. Collecting cash or card payments and dealing with various payment methods.

  5. Delivering invoices and receipts to customers and keeping copies of financial transactions.

  6. Maintaining cleanliness and order in the cashier area.

  7. Cooperating with the work team (hosts, chefs, and service workers) to ensure customer satisfaction and speed of service.

  8. Dealing with simple customer complaints respectfully and referring necessary cases to management.

  9. Following safety and security procedures and maintaining the confidentiality of financial information.

  10. Adhering to the general appearance and internal policies of the restaurant.


Requirements

  • GOSI Registration Required
  • Requires 2-5 Years experience
