The Role: Collections Manager

Virtual Vision (V2) is seeking a dedicated Collections Manager to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for the comprehensive oversight of accounts receivable and the entire collections process. The Collections Manager plays a critical role in ensuring timely recovery of outstanding payments and maintaining financial health.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the accounts receivable and collections process, including monitoring aging reports, setting collection targets, and ensuring the timely recovery of outstanding payments.
• Manage communication with clients regarding invoices and payment plans.
• Resolve billing discrepancies efficiently and accurately.
• Coordinate with finance and sales teams to maintain accurate financial records.
• Establish and refine collection policies and procedures to optimize efficiency.
• Prepare regular reports on collection performance and key metrics.
• Recommend improvements and strategies to reduce overdue accounts and bad debt.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and relevant regulations while fostering a professional, customer-focused approach to collections.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in collections management or a related financial role.

Work Environment and Location

This is an on-site, full-time position based in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. The role requires a presence at the company's facilities to effectively manage the collections operations and collaborate with internal teams.
