  • Assess integration requirements for proposed software and maintain an up-to-date register of system connections, data flows, schedules, and support responsibilities.
  • Develop reports and dashboards that provide reliable information from a consistent source of truth.
  • Support compliance with the PDPL, its Implementing Regulations, and ISG data privacy policies, as well as GDPR, FERPA, and COPPA where applicable; assist with data protection impact assessments, data subject access requests, and breach response.
  • Review vendor data processing agreements, cross-border data transfers, and data hosting arrangements; establish role-based access controls and review system access each term with IT.
  • Train staff in data privacy, secure data handling, storage, and naming standards, and support SIS and core application workflows, including onboarding and training.
  • Provide data and integration support to EdTech Coordinators and relevant departments, including Admissions, school offices, Nursing, Counselling, Learning Support, and Marketing and Communications.
  • Create and maintain user guides, data dictionaries, process maps, and video tutorials, and serve as the liaison between the District Office, school leaders, IT, Operations, and external technology vendors.
  • Contribute to the annual review of the educational technology plan and strategic planning for data use.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Educational Technology.
