The Role: EPM Coordinator

Saipem is seeking an experienced EPM (Enterprise Project Management) Coordinator to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to managing and administering the Saudi Aramco EPM System, ensuring the timely, accurate, and compliant submission of critical project deliverables across Procurement, Quality, and Construction functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and administer the Saudi Aramco Enterprise Project Management (EPM) System, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant submission of Procurement, Quality, and Construction deliverables.
  • Coordinate end-to-end EPM workflows, including MR Lists, MR Packages, TBEs, Award Recommendations, NOLs, Purchase Orders, NMR-601/602/603, IAPs, ITPs, and related project documentation.
  • Review and validate documents prior to submission to ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco requirements, project specifications, coding structures, and document control procedures.
  • Act as the focal point between Procurement, Quality, Construction teams, and Saudi Aramco reviewers, facilitating approvals and resolution of review comments.
  • Monitor submission status, approvals, overdue actions, and client comments; prepare progress reports and escalate critical issues when required.
  • Coordinate Quality submissions (CVs, WPS, PQR, NDT, vendor quality documentation) and Construction submissions (RFIs, inspection records, as-built documents, and field engineering documentation).
  • Maintain comprehensive document registers, submission logs, and records to ensure full traceability and audit compliance.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a similar field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing and coordinating activities within the Saudi Aramco EPM System.
  • Overall 4-5 years of experience in Procurement, Project Quality Control Services (PQCS), Project Coordination, or EPM Coordination roles.
  • Proven work experience as an EPM Coordinator.
  • 10-15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry, specifically with Aramco Projects.

Required Skills and Attributes

  • Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain processes, material requisition workflows, bid evaluations, purchase order documentation, and project quality requirements.
  • Proven experience coordinating multidisciplinary submissions involving Procurement, Quality, and Construction functions.
  • Demonstrated sound knowledge of Saudi Aramco project procedures, procurement workflows, quality management systems, and document control practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, Document Management Systems, Reporting Tools, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Strong English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with client representatives, project teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Prior Saudi Aramco approval as an EPM Coordinator will be considered a strong advantage.

Additional Information

Preference will be given to Saudi Nationals; however, qualified candidates of other nationalities will also be considered for this position. Immediate availability or a maximum notice period of one month is preferred for the successful candidate.
