  • Ensure thorough documentation of requirement gathering, starting from the project scope (including SRS), and obtain client signatures before the Technical Team begins implementation.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure the implementation cycle is well-documented for the Technical Team.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Team to resolve technical issues during project execution until delivery.
  • Collect master data for migration and conduct client onboarding activities.
  • Provide comprehensive training and support to clients, including knowledge transfer on minor technical details.
  • Ensure successful system go-live upon project completion.
  • Ensure projects are closed within their deadlines.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with customers to address queries or concerns.
