Senior Enterprise Resources Planning Consultant

About the Role

KUN Sports is seeking a Senior Enterprise Resources Planning Consultant to join their team in Makkah, with work primarily in Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role is a hands-on, techno-functional position responsible for building, configuring, and maintaining the organization's Dynamics ERP environment across Finance and Supply Chain modules. The consultant will serve as the primary ERP engineer, supported by one junior team member, and will be responsible for technical delivery from requirements gathering through go-live and hypercare.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and support Dynamics ERP across Finance and Supply Chain modules.
• Create and modify forms, entities, and complex workflows to support business requirements.
• Maintain system documentation, data integrity, security roles, and change-control processes.
• Design and build integrations between Dynamics ERP and other business systems.
• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries; develop scripts and code (*, X++, C#, Power Platform) to extend ERP functionality.
• Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics using SQL, Power BI, and relevant BI/reporting tools.
• Own the technical delivery of ERP rollouts, upgrades, and module expansions, including hands-on execution.
• Provide L2/L3 support, root-cause analysis, and proactive monitoring.
• Guide and review the work of one Junior ERP team member while remaining the primary hands-on contributor.
• Coordinate with colleagues at all levels, translating business needs into system solutions.
• Manage external partners on a need basis for specialist advisory or additional capacity.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience.
• Direct, hands-on involvement in at least 2 full end-to-end ERP rollouts (requirements, design, build, testing, cutover, and post go-live support).
• Proven techno-functional profile with the ability to independently build integrations, develop reports, configure forms, and design complex workflows.
• Strong command of SQL (writing, tuning, and troubleshooting complex queries) and at least one related development language in the Dynamics ecosystem (*, X++, C#, Power Platform/Power Automate, .NET).
• Comfortable operating as the sole or lead ERP resource, with the ability to mentor and delegate routine tasks to a junior team member while retaining hands-on ownership.
• Track record of working independently with minimal supervision and coordinating effectively with colleagues at all levels.
• Experience in managing and overseeing external partners on a project basis.

This role operates as the primary ERP specialist within the business, supported by one junior team member. It requires close collaboration with colleagues across all organizational levels, from junior staff to senior executives. External partners are engaged as needed for specialized advisory or additional capacity during peak project phases.
