ERP Functional Consultant

About the Role

Dafater is seeking an ERP Functional Consultant to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves delivering comprehensive business process and application consulting services, ensuring optimal utilization of solutions for clients. The consultant will be responsible for the full implementation lifecycle, from business analysis to post-go-live support, while fostering long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to define and communicate tailored implementation plans, ensuring alignment with project timelines and delivering measurable results.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of all client communications to ensure seamless follow-up and effective project management.
• Engage in the complete client-facing implementation lifecycle, covering activation, data migration, training delivery, permissions setup, rigorous testing, and a successful go-live phase.
• Guide clients in maximizing the use of software tools and deliver technical support by refining and optimizing scoped processes.
• Proactively address client inquiries, serve as a key escalation point for resolving concerns, and coordinate internal communications to ensure smooth implementation progress.
• Generate precise reports and comprehensive documentation to effectively communicate onboarding milestones and progress to clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with the customization team to design and implement tailored solutions that align with the client's specific requirements.
• Plan and deliver engaging training sessions by scheduling optimal times and locations, ensuring the effective application of learned concepts in the client's operational environment.
• Ensure a seamless transition of client relationships to the Customer Success team post-onboarding, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and trust.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field, demonstrating a strong background in ERP functional consulting and implementation methodologies.
