Role Purpose

The primary purpose of the Event Sales Coordinator is to provide essential operational and administrative assistance to the sales department. This role is integral to supporting the team in achieving its pre-determined sales and revenue targets, ensuring efficient workflow and effective client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Event Sales team, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
• Assist in the operational aspects of event sales, such as preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations for clients.
• Support the sales team in achieving pre-determined sales and revenue targets through active participation in sales-related activities.
• Coordinate internal communication and information flow to ensure efficient departmental operations.
• Contribute to the preparation of sales reports and analyses to track progress against objectives.

Qualifications and Experience
