About the Opportunity

THG (Takara Hospitality Group) is seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Cashier to join our team in the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is available across our locations in Al Khobar, Dhahran, and Dammam, offering an opportunity for Saudi nationals to contribute to our restaurant operations.

Role Summary

The Food and Beverage Cashier plays a crucial role in managing customer transactions and ensuring a smooth service experience. This position involves accurately handling payments, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining precise financial records for restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer payments accurately and efficiently using various methods.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Manage cash and card transactions, ensuring proper reconciliation at the end of each shift.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be a Saudi national.
• 0-1 years of experience required; previous experience in cashiering or restaurant environments is preferred.
• Demonstrated excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability and readiness to work in shifts as required by operational needs.

Work Schedule and Compensation Details

• The standard work schedule consists of 9 hours daily, including a one-hour break.
• Six working days per week with one designated weekly holiday.
• Overtime hours are calculated and compensated in accordance with company policy and labor regulations.
• Eligibility for a salary increase is considered after completing six months of employment, based on a high performance evaluation and company policy.
