The Role of Fraud Specialist

PayLink is seeking a Fraud Specialist to join its team in Al Khobar, within the Eastern region. This full-time, on-site position is integral to safeguarding the financial integrity of the payment platform by actively identifying, investigating, and preventing fraudulent activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor transactions and accounts to identify suspicious patterns and potential fraud.
• Conduct thorough fraud investigations from initial detection through resolution.
• Manage chargeback cases, overseeing the process from initiation to final resolution.
• Analyze data to detect emerging fraud trends and potential vulnerabilities.
• Document findings comprehensively and prepare detailed reports for internal stakeholders.

Collaboration and Prevention

• Collaborate with customer support, risk, and compliance teams to implement effective fraud prevention measures and enhance internal controls.
• Communicate with merchants and partners to clarify case details, provide guidance, and support ongoing education on fraud risks and best practices.
