Creative Hospitality is expanding the team at Gastronomica Burger Boutique in Al Khobar, located in the Eastern Region. Gastronomica is seeking dedicated individuals to join its front-of-house operations, contributing to a welcoming dining experience for all guests.

The Role of Hostess

We are looking for a Hostess to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for warm, well-presented, and organized individuals who are committed to providing excellent guest service. The position is open to Saudi candidates currently based locally in Al Khobar.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and efficiently manage seating arrangements.
• Handle all reservations and phone bookings accurately.
• Monitor dining sections, provide accurate wait time estimates, and manage the waiting list effectively.
• Coordinate operations between the kitchen, front of house staff, and guests to ensure smooth service.
• Assist and guide waiters, particularly during peak service periods.
• Maintain positive guest relations and manage the guest history/database.
• Analyze and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure the reception area, including menus and stationery, is clean and orderly.
• Support opening, hand-over, and closing duties as required.
• Participate in pre-shift and operational meetings.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily organization and operational tasks.

Qualifications and Experience

• A polished, presentable, and professional appearance is essential.
• Candidates should have 0-1 years of relevant experience.

Compensation

The salary for this position is approximately 5,500 SAR per month.
