About the HR Tamheer Trainee Role
Asnad is seeking an HR Tamheer Trainee to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern Province. This internship opportunity is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are looking to gain practical experience in the Human Resources field, specifically within Training and Development. Asnad is a Saudi firm committed to delivering professional services across the Kingdom by combining local expertise with global best practices.
Role Overview and Purpose
The HR Tamheer Trainee – Training & Development will provide essential support to the Learning & Development team. The primary focus of this role is to assist in the planning, coordination, and administration of employee training programs. This position offers a hands-on experience in managing training operations, contributing to employee development initiatives, and supporting learning administration, all aimed at enhancing organizational learning and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination of internal and external training programs.
- Support training scheduling, logistics management, and communication with employees and trainers.
- Prepare training materials, attendance records, and evaluation forms.
- Maintain and update training records and learning databases.
- Track employee training completion and prepare progress reports.
- Assist in identifying training needs and collecting feedback from employees.
- Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Coordinate learning events, workshops, and development initiatives.
- Generate reports and analyze training data using Microsoft Excel.
- Ensure all training documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Provide administrative support to the Learning & Development team.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the HR or T&D Supervisor.
Qualifications and Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Must be eligible for the Tamheer Program.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- A demonstrated passion for employee learning and professional development.
Work Location and Type
This is an internship position based in Al Khobar, Eastern Province. The work type is an internship, offering valuable on-the-job training and experience.
