The Role: HRIS Specialist

Avensys Consulting is seeking an HRIS Specialist to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern region. This full-time position is central to managing, supporting, and optimizing the company's SAP SuccessFactors platform, with a specific focus on the Employee Central (EC) and Recruitment Module (RCM).

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer, configure, and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Recruitment Module (RCM).
  • Troubleshoot system issues, resolve user support tickets, and ensure data integrity within the HRIS.
  • Build and maintain workflows, business rules, and custom reports to support HR and talent acquisition processes.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • A Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of HRIS experience, with hands-on configuration expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Recruitment Module (RCM).
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end HR and recruiting workflows.
