Investment Associate

About the Role

Wisayah Investment Company is seeking an Investment Associate to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This full-time role involves supporting the department Head in all aspects of investment management, from sourcing to monitoring, across GCC real assets and global agriculture strategies. The position requires strong analytical and due diligence capabilities, with exposure to both regional direct investments and global manager selection activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative due diligence on fund, co-investment, and direct investment opportunities.
• Perform financial modeling, valuation analysis, comparable company analysis, and sensitivity testing to support investment decision-making.
• Source, screen, and evaluate investment opportunities through engagement with various investment stakeholders.
• Prepare investment teasers, investment memoranda, portfolio reviews, and Investment Committee materials.
• Review financial statements, business plans, operating metrics, and market data to assess investment opportunities and risks.
• Participate in commercial, financial, legal, and operational due diligence processes.
• Support transaction execution activities.
• Monitor portfolio investments and prepare performance, valuation, and risk assessment reports.
• Conduct research across related investment sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with different investment stakeholders.
• Participate in management meetings, site visits, conferences, advisory boards, and investor meetings.
• Support special projects, strategic analyses, and ad hoc assignments as directed by the Head of the Department.

Required Experience and Skills

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in investment roles. The position requires strong analytical, valuation, and due diligence capabilities. Effective stakeholder management skills are also essential for success in this role.
