We are seeking a Line Supervisor to join our full-time team in Al Khobar, Eastern region, contributing to our commitment to technology and a sustainable future.

Key Responsibilities

The Line Supervisor will undertake a variety of operational and developmental responsibilities, including:

• Developing, testing, and maintaining procedures and guidelines to support the organization in implementing and complying with internal policies and external regulations.
• Assigning short-term work schedules to a team of subordinates to achieve expectations within established timelines.
• Collecting and analyzing data independently using preset tools, methods, and formats.
• Building effective working relationships within internal client organizations and delivering high-quality professional services with guidance from senior colleagues.
• Organizing and preparing complex documents using various technology applications, including standard office software, and gathering data for special reports.
• Identifying shortcomings in existing processes, systems, and procedures, and utilizing established change management programs to address them.
• Investigating questions related to existing programs, processes, and procedures.
• Interpreting data and identifying possible solutions by navigating a wide variety of processes, procedures, and precedents.
• Advising managers on how to apply a wide variety of existing procedures and precedents.
• Supporting others by carrying out a range of project management activities.

Required Experience and Professional Development

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience. Continuous personal capability building is also a key aspect, which involves:

• Participating in assessment and development planning activities, formal and informal training, and coaching.
• Gaining or maintaining external professional accreditation where relevant.
• Maintaining an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, conferences, and specialist media.
