About the Role

Toji Spa is seeking a skilled Massage/Spa Therapist to join their team in Al Khobar. This full-time position offers an opportunity to contribute to a professional spa environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional massage treatments tailored to guest needs and established spa standards.
• Guide clients in selecting appropriate treatments and ensure their comfort throughout their visit.
• Maintain the cleanliness and sanitization of all treatment rooms, tools, and equipment.
• Adhere to spa Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), hygiene protocols, and company policies.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to foster a positive and professional work atmosphere.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience as a Massage Therapist or Spa Therapist in a spa, resort, hotel spa, or wellness center.
• Experience within a luxury spa or hotel spa environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in one or more of the following massage techniques: Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Aromatherapy Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Relaxation Massage, Head Massage, Lymphatic Massage, Bamboo Massage, Sport Massage, and similar treatments.
• Additional experience in Pedicure, Manicure, or Moroccan Bath is highly preferred.
• Basic English communication skills are required.
