About the Role

Turtle Spa KSA is seeking a dedicated Massage Therapist to join its team. This full-time position is integral to delivering professional massage treatments and wellness services as part of the company's luxury mobile spa offering. Based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, the role requires travel to client locations within the city.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to provide exceptional, professional body and therapeutic massage treatments that are customized to meet individual client needs. The Massage Therapist plays a crucial part in ensuring a relaxing, comfortable, and professional luxury spa experience for all clients, aligning with Turtle Spa KSA's high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a variety of professional body massage and therapeutic massage treatments tailored to each client's needs.
• Conduct brief client consultations to assess health conditions and recommend suitable treatments.
• Prepare treatment equipment and maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic treatment environment.
• Ensure clients receive a relaxing, comfortable, and professional spa experience.
• Manage appointments and maintain accurate service records.
• Respond to client inquiries professionally.
• Collaborate with the operations team to maintain Turtle Spa KSA's luxury service standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience: 0-1 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to travel to client locations within Jeddah.
• Demonstrated physical stamina and proper body mechanics to perform massage treatments safely throughout the workday.
• Previous work experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
• Candidates currently residing in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama are preferred.

Work Environment and Location

This is an on-site, full-time position primarily based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role involves regular travel to client locations throughout Jeddah as part of Turtle Spa KSA's mobile service model, serving clients in both Jeddah and Makkah regions.
