About the Role

Modern Advanced Construction Solutions is seeking a MEP Field Operations Engineer to join our team in Al Khobar. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on managing the field operations for vertical transportation systems.

Role Overview

The primary responsibility of the MEP Field Operations Engineer is to oversee the installation, maintenance, and modernization of elevators and escalators across various sites. This role ensures that field teams adhere to safety protocols, effectively diagnose technical issues, and consistently achieve operational targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site installation, testing, and commissioning activities to ensure compliance with operational quality and safety standards.
• Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and control system faults, providing guidance to technicians for prompt resolution of breakdowns.
• Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs to maximize unit uptime and minimize system breakdowns.
• Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies on-site, including proper hazard assessment and the correct use of safety tools.
• Generate periodic performance, inspection, and maintenance reports, and conduct quality audits on completed jobs.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in MEP field operations, specifically with vertical transportation systems.
• Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership or certification is considered an advantage.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, where the engineer will manage field operations across various project sites.
