Role Overview

BTranz is seeking an Oracle FLEXCUBE Technical Support Consultant (L2/L3) to join their team in Al Khobar, KSA. This is a full-time position requiring 5-10 years of experience. The consultant will be responsible for providing technical support for Oracle FLEXCUBE applications, ensuring timely resolution of production issues, and maintaining system stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 technical support for Oracle FLEXCUBE applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and incidents within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Analyze application logs, database errors, and transaction failures to identify root causes.
• Support various Oracle FLEXCUBE modules, including CASA, IC, GL, EOD, OBPM, OBBRN, and OBMA.
• Perform SQL/PLSQL data analysis and implement necessary fixes.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend permanent solutions.
• Coordinate with business, technical, and vendor teams to ensure effective issue resolution.
• Monitor and support End-of-Day (EOD) batch processing activities.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in technical support for Oracle FLEXCUBE applications.
• Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex production issues.
• Proficiency in SQL/PLSQL for data analysis and fixes.

Work Setting

This is a full-time, Work From Office (WFO) position based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
