Project Manager

About the Role

Solution Leaders Fayez Engineering is seeking a Project Manager to join their team in Al Khobar, Eastern region. This is a full-time position for an experienced professional with a strong background in project leadership and technical oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct all unit managers to ensure full compliance with project requirements.
• Be accountable for meeting project objectives and direct activities across various specialties.
• Define the scope of services provided by the company and establish basic design criteria with the client.
• Approve project technical documentation, including specifications, flow diagrams, and plot plans.
• Ensure compliance with project schedules, control estimates, and established procedures.
• Assign and review the work of subordinate staff, planning and organizing projects within the field of expertise.
• Recommend program plans, objectives, priorities, and timing.
• Assess needs for change and recommend the development of standards.
• Approve significant changes in specifications, plans, work techniques, and materials.
• Establish and maintain client contacts on technical and project administration matters.
• Analyze problems, determine critical factors for investigation, and organize/conduct investigations.
• Participate in the development of new project management methods and provide expert advice on design processes or construction methods.

Leadership and Authority

• Provide technical guidance to co-workers and propose staffing solutions, training, and development opportunities.
• Organize and supervise the work of large groups of professionals and non-professionals, or small groups of highly specialized engineers.
• Provide input into salary recommendations and performance evaluations.
• Be accountable for unit deliverables and approve timesheets.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in project management.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate and direct diverse teams to achieve project objectives.
• Strong understanding of project technical documentation and compliance procedures.
