QC Inspector Electrical & Instrumentation

About the Role

UNISIS Engineering is seeking a QC Inspector Electrical & Instrumentation to join their team in Al Khobar, Eastern Province. This full-time role involves conducting inspection and quality control activities for electrical and instrumentation works, ensuring compliance with project specifications and Aramco standards. The position requires 5-10 years of experience in the field.

Role Overview

The QC Inspector will be responsible for monitoring installation, testing, and inspection activities related to electrical and instrumentation systems. This includes verifying adherence to approved Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), technical drawings, and client requirements, while maintaining quality and documentation standards on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of electrical and instrumentation installations in accordance with approved ITPs and project specifications.
• Verify compliance with Aramco standards and SAP approval requirements.
• Monitor the installation of cables, panels, instruments, and related systems.
• Review technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and inspection documents.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and client representatives regarding inspection activities.
• Ensure all inspection activities comply with ISO 9001:2015 quality standards.
• Identify non-conformities and support the implementation of corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate inspection reports and quality documentation records.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Electrical & Instrumentation inspection.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Aramco Approval (SAP Number mandatory).
• Aramco CBT Qualification preferred.
• ISO 9001:2015 certification preferred.
