Real Estate Branch Manager

About the Role

Grnata Group is seeking a Real Estate Branch Manager to lead its operations in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This full-time role involves comprehensive strategic leadership and operational oversight of the branch, focusing on managing sales and leasing teams, developing business plans, and ensuring the achievement of financial and administrative objectives. The Branch Manager will serve as the primary contact for all branch activities, upholding the company's professional and legal standards within the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, direct, and motivate the entire branch team, including sales, leasing, and administrative support, to foster a productive work environment.
• Develop detailed operational plans and branch budgets, monitoring their execution to achieve sales and leasing targets.
• Prepare feasibility studies, conduct research, and analyze real estate market trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Supervise all daily branch operational activities, including managing real estate inventory and monitoring transaction progress.
• Evaluate employee performance, provide continuous feedback, and deliver training to enhance team efficiency and competency.
• Prepare regular financial, operational, and administrative reports for senior management in both Arabic and English.
• Resolve problems and disputes that may arise with customers or employees efficiently.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate management.
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
• Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and trends.
• Proficiency in strategic planning and budget management.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills in both Arabic and English.

Work Environment

This role is based in Al Khobar, Eastern Region, and operates on a full-time basis. The Branch Manager will work within a dynamic real estate environment, overseeing a dedicated team and interacting with various stakeholders.
