About the Role

eXtra is seeking a Receiver to join our team in Al Khobar. This full-time role is crucial for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of goods delivered to the store, maintaining high standards of product quality and documentation.

Role Purpose

The Receiver plays a key role in supporting overall stock accuracy and operational efficiency. This involves meticulous verification of incoming products, coordination with various stakeholders, and upholding a safe and organized receiving environment in line with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely receiving of all goods delivered to the store.
• Verify product quality, validity, and associated documentation for all incoming shipments.
• Support and maintain high levels of stock accuracy within the store's inventory system.
• Coordinate effectively with suppliers and internal security personnel regarding deliveries.
• Manage returns and transfers of goods as required.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized receiving area, adhering to all company standards and compliance requirements.
