About the Role

Al Fransi Complex is seeking a Sales Specialist – Facade & Aluminum Systems to join its commercial team. This full-time position is based in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, and focuses on driving sales for facade panels, aluminum systems, and glazing solutions within the architectural and construction sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and architects across the Eastern Province and other regions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for facade panels (fiber cement, HPL cladding), aluminum systems, glazing, and related architectural products.
• Prepare and follow up on technical quotations and proposals in coordination with the estimation team.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Support outbound lead generation campaigns and respond promptly to inbound inquiries.
• Contribute to social media content and campaigns to build brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
• Represent Al Fransi Complex at client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
