Site Inspector (Electrical/Infra)

About the Role

Parsons is seeking a Site Inspector (Electrical/Infra) to join their team in Al Khobar, Eastern region. This full-time role focuses on day-to-day site supervision, inspection, and quality control for electrical and infrastructure works. The Site Inspector ensures that all project executions adhere to approved drawings, specifications, codes, and project standards, with a specific emphasis on requirements for luxury hotel/resort projects, guest comfort, safety, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and monitor MV/LV power distribution systems, including substations, panels, and DBs.
• Oversee internal and external lighting, emergency lighting, earthing, bonding, and lightning protection systems.
• Inspect cable containment systems such as trays, trunking, and conduits.
• Monitor electrical infrastructure networks and power provisions for ELV systems.
• Verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable codes.
• Manage inspection requests, including raising and closing them, recording non-conformances, and following up on corrective actions.
• Support the testing and commissioning processes for electrical systems.
• Coordinate on-site activities with civil, mechanical, architectural, and ELV teams.
• Prepare daily reports, checklists, and snag lists.
• Ensure safe working practices are maintained across all electrical activities.
• Maintain neat, concealed, and operator-compliant installations in guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house (BOH), and external zones.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience is required.
• Solid experience in hospitality projects, specifically with completed 5-star hotels or resorts, is mandatory.
