Kempinski Hotels is seeking a Spa Therapist to join their team in Al Khobar, Eastern region. This full-time position requires 0-1 years of experience and involves delivering spa treatments according to Kempinski's standards and protocols, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.

Role Overview

The Spa Therapist will operate with a clear understanding of the standards, core values, visions, and goals of Kempinski and Kempinski The Spa. The primary objective is to ensure clients receive requested treatments and follow-up recommendations in adherence to the spa’s standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide spa treatments in accordance with the Kempinski The Spa treatment menu, standards, and outlined protocols.
• Maintain proper working knowledge of the process, benefits, and outcomes of all treatments and products offered in the spa.
• Adjust treatments based on the guest’s health assessment.
• Deliver individualized and unique service to guests within the Spa.
• Thoughtfully upsell and recommend treatments, retail products, and homecare solutions.
• Begin and end treatments punctually.
• Confidently handle and resolve guest queries or minor complaints.
• Ensure guest comfort and maintain a genuine, welcoming environment for all guests.
• Complete proper handovers in the guest journey as per documented standards, following up on treatment experiences and addressing any discrepancies.
• Maintain the setup, hygiene, and cleanliness of treatment rooms and equipment.
• Exercise complete discretion and confidentiality in all communications with guests.
• Perform other positions’ responsibilities within the spa as required.
• Report all accidents and guest incidents to the Spa Manager promptly and professionally.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this position should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience. A foundational understanding of spa operations and treatment protocols is essential.

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, Eastern region. The role operates within the dynamic environment of Kempinski The Spa, requiring adherence to established standards and a focus on guest service.
