About the Role

Tamimi Commercial is seeking a dedicated Storekeeper Warehouse to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to ensuring the efficient management and control of warehouse inventory, supporting overall operational effectiveness within the company.

Role Overview

The Storekeeper is responsible for the comprehensive lifecycle of materials within the warehouse. This includes receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, and tracking materials, while maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring proper stock levels. The role requires adherence to company procedures and safety standards to maintain an organized and compliant warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring timely replenishment of stock.
• Receive incoming materials, verify quantities and specifications against purchase orders, delivery notes, and related documents, and report any discrepancies.
• Organize and store materials systematically to ensure easy identification, accessibility, and proper preservation.
• Process material requests and issue items to authorized departments, ensuring accurate documentation and system updates.
• Maintain accurate records of receipts, issues, transfers, returns, and inventory adjustments using SAP and other relevant systems.
• Perform regular physical stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment, ensuring proper labeling and identification of materials.
• Maintain and verify warehouse documents, including purchase orders, delivery notes, material requests, goods receipt documents, and inventory records.
• Follow warehouse safety procedures, company policies, and applicable regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure timely availability and delivery of required materials.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in a storekeeping or warehouse management role, demonstrating a strong understanding of inventory control and warehouse operations.
