Role Overview

We are seeking a Service Specialist I, Frac Acid, to join our team in Al Khobar, Eastern region. This is a full-time position suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience. The role involves promoting customer relations, managing fluids at the well site, and coordinating service operations to ensure job plan adherence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain excellent customer relations at the worksite.
• Plan and perform necessary calculations for fluids management at the well site.
• Coordinate the activities of service operators during equipment rig-up, rig-down, and preparation for job execution.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with all work performed.
• Perform data collection and distribution for jobs as required.
• Conduct pressure pumping operations, including spotting acid and other fluids, safely and consistently in accordance with job design parameters and the job plan.
• Coordinate the clean-up, repair, and preparation of equipment for subsequent jobs.
• Utilize competency processes to enhance personal skills development and job performance.
• Promote and contribute to safety awareness and environmental consciousness.
• Actively participate in quality and continuous improvement processes.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Skills are acquired through years of experience and completion of required competencies for the current and next level.
• Must possess exceptional skills within the service line and have a general understanding of other service functions.
• Must be knowledgeable of HMS, HSE standards, work methods, and guidelines.
