GE Vernova is seeking a Technical Support Engineer/L to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern region. This full-time role is central to providing comprehensive after-sales support to customers, addressing technical issues, and ensuring effective resolution.

Role Purpose and Scope

This position is responsible for delivering after-sales support for customer issues, encompassing repairs (including parts returns and field intervention), technical assistance, and on-site service. The role operates with a degree of autonomy, guiding department operations or professional activities within a technical discipline. The incumbent is authorized to modify procedures and practices related to tasks, ensuring final results meet established standards for quality, volume, and timeliness. This level requires a People Leader capable of hiring and developing talent, with direct responsibility for personnel management, staffing, and performance development.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1, 2, and 3 technical support to resolve after-sales customer technical issues, adapting skill level based on problem complexity.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline, analytical thinking, and technical experience to implement policy and strategy.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of best practices and understand how their area integrates with others, including awareness of competition and market differentiators.
• Exercise judgment and propose diverse solutions beyond defined parameters to address complex manufacturing processes involving various technical aspects and/or interdependent production cycles.
• Act as a resource for less experienced colleagues and may lead small projects with low risk and resource requirements.
• Effectively explain information and develop skills to foster team consensus on domain-specific topics, communicate performance expectations, and manage sensitive issues.

Qualifications and Experience

• Significant experience in the function, including expertise with digital audio workstations.
• Knowledge equivalent to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, or a Bachelor's degree combined with experience in a relevant field.
