About the Role

Blue Hat HR Services is seeking an experienced Tool Pusher for a full-time position in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. The successful candidate will join a leading Saudi-based Aramco contractor specializing in drilling and workover projects across Saudi Arabia. This role involves supervising day-to-day rig operations and crew performance to ensure the safe and efficient execution of drilling and workover activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise rig crews and coordinate operational activities across various rig departments.
• Ensure equipment readiness, implement preventive maintenance, and maintain compliance with operating procedures.
• Monitor operational progress, efficiency, downtime, and Non-Productive Time (NPT).
• Enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements, permit-to-work procedures, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate effectively with the Rig Manager, client representatives, and service companies.
• Maintain accurate operational reports, equipment records, and essential documentation.
• Identify operational issues and implement or escalate corrective actions as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the drilling industry.
• Demonstrated experience with onshore truck-mounted jackup rigs, specifically those with 750 HP.
• Strong background in supervising drilling and workover operations.

Work Environment and Compensation

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, within the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia. The role offers a competitive salary ranging from SAR 16,800 to SAR 23,000 per month.
