Role Overview

The Waiter at Le Café LPM is responsible for managing tables and ensuring a positive guest experience from arrival to departure. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages with precision, and making guests feel attended to throughout their visit. The Waiter serves as a key point of contact for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned tables and ensure guests receive attentive service.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve orders with precision and professionalism.
• Create memorable guest experiences through warm and professional interactions.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairings.
• Provide recommendations and upsell items appropriately based on guest preferences.
• Observe guest preferences and habits, recording details to personalize future visits.
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen staff and maintain sync with the service team.
• Address minor guest issues independently and escalate larger concerns to the manager promptly.

• Ability to manage tables and guest interactions effectively.
• Strong product knowledge or willingness to learn menu details thoroughly.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to guest moods and pace.
• Effective communication skills with both guests and team members.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position within a dynamic restaurant setting. Flexibility is a core value at Le Café LPM, and team members may be asked to support other departments as business needs require. The role is based in Al Khobar.
