Customer Service Representative and Waiter / Order Taker Required

We are looking for someone with a sophisticated style in dealing with customers to join our team.

Job Duties:

• Receiving and welcoming customers.
• Receiving and recording orders.
• Preparing and delivering orders to customers.
• Serving orders to tables.
• Following up on customer satisfaction and inquiring about their feedback during the visit.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the service area.
• Cooperating with the kitchen team to ensure fast and accurate order fulfillment.
• Contributing to providing a distinguished experience for each customer.

Requirements:

• Good appearance and politeness in dealing.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Quick learning and ability to withstand work pressure.
• Commitment and discipline in attendance.
• Previous experience in restaurants or cafes is preferred (but not required).
