About the Role

One Alrai For Property Appraisal is seeking a Property Appraisal Business Coordinator to join their team in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This full-time role is ideal for candidates with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on managing and coordinating property appraisal requests and ensuring timely completion of transactions between clients and the team.

Job Purpose

The Property Appraisal Business Coordinator will play a key role in streamlining property appraisal operations. The successful candidate will utilize strong organizational and communication skills to manage requests, track transaction progress, and ensure all tasks are completed within specified timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Accessing platforms of financial institutions and banks to receive and track property appraisal requests.
• Assigning appraisal tasks to team members and coordinating with appraisers and inspectors.
• Entering transactions and updating their data in the company's internal system.
• Reviewing property documents, reading deeds, and extracting essential data.
• Communicating with clients, coordinating inspection appointments, and following up on their requirements.
• Monitoring the status of appraisal requests and ensuring reports are completed and delivered on time.
• Following up on delayed transactions and addressing feedback in coordination with the relevant team.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Saudi nationality is required.
• Previous experience in property appraisal coordination, preferably with experience in handling platforms of banks and financial institutions in Saudi Arabia.
• Proficiency in reading property deeds and understanding property data and documents.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and transaction management.
• Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to organize tasks and manage a high volume of requests simultaneously.
• Accuracy in data entry and adherence to delivery deadlines.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, Eastern Region, within a professional team environment at One Alrai For Property Appraisal. The role involves close coordination with internal teams and external clients to ensure efficient appraisal processes.
