We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to join our team and contribute to the success of our construction projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the workflow on site, ensuring adherence to schedules and technical specifications.

**Tasks and Responsibilities:**

* Direct supervision of site activities and ensuring the application of the highest standards of quality and safety.
* Monitoring the progress of work and ensuring its compliance with engineering drawings and approved specifications.
* Managing and directing site work teams and providing necessary technical support.
* Preparing periodic reports on the progress of work and the challenges facing the project.
* Coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and relevant parties to ensure smooth workflow.


Requirements and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
Experience: At least 2 to 3 years of experience in project execution (preferably with previous experience in fit-out and decoration works).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in accurately reading executive drawings and technical specifications.
Ability to quantify and follow up on interim payment certificates.
Proficiency in using engineering and project management software (such as AutoCAD and Office programs).
Personal Skills:
High ability to solve problems and make decisions on site.
Excellent communication and team management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
