Join BAE Systems as a Maintenance Operations Control Supervisor
We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team in Al-Majma’ah. As the Maintenance Operations Control Supervisor, you will play a critical role in the Job Control team, managing and coordinating maintenance activities for aircraft at the King Faisal Air Academy (KFAA) Maintenance Squadron.

Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage and control aircraft maintenance tasks to support OAT Flight Operations.
• Prioritize aircraft work by liaising with all departments and production supervisors.
• Demonstrate a strong approach to decision-making and problem-solving under pressure.
• Communicate effectively using technical English and ensure compliance with safety and reporting procedures.
• Gain expertise in RSAF aircraft data management systems.

Recruitment Specification:
Candidates should possess a graduate degree from military service or a recognized technical training institute, with extensive experience in aircraft maintenance. Leadership skills and a proven track record of supervising engineering personnel are essential. A relevant qualification like NVQ3 or equivalent is needed.
