Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities: Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Know the beneficiary's medical and psychological history and follow up on any developments or changes.
Assess beneficiaries with 3 assessments (beginning of each semester - middle of each semester - end of each semester) according to the scheduled dates.
Commit to the number of cases, 25 cases per week, from the ministry's allocated cases.
Follow and implement the session schedule regularly.
Commit to compensating beneficiaries in case of the specialist's absence or the beneficiary's absence.
Follow the sensory integration theory in modifying sensory disorders in beneficiaries.
Adhere to the company's policy regarding plans and reports.
Follow up on the beneficiary's condition, the appropriateness of plans, and discuss with the supervisor.
Prepare a descriptive report on the intervention carried out in the training sessions for exceptional cases and attend and participate in the beneficiary's case discussion conference.
Receive, maintain, and report any damage or maintenance needs for equipment and tools.
Enter home training for parents into the Rehaddox system (2 to 3 trainings per day).
Record training sessions on the Rehaddox system (3 goals per actual session).
Document the sessions provided in the unified session preparation form within the clinics.
Provide two training sessions for each beneficiary and add an intensive session for a low-performing beneficiary if another beneficiary is absent.
Conduct a safety follow-up session within the clinics related to the administrative plan on the Rehaddox system daily.
Conduct a training environment follow-up session related to the administrative plan on the Rehaddox system once a week.
Document the sessions provided in the approved form within the semester.
Follow up on beneficiary absences and report to the supervisor.
Discuss common goals with specialists from other semesters and clinics to achieve the maximum possible benefit from the rehabilitation plan.
Activate the role of clinical services within the semesters and follow up on implementation with semester specialists and document it in the approved form for this purpose.
Update the achievement file and add courses, events, and worksheets implemented with beneficiaries during training sessions.
Fill out the operational plan forms on the board within the clinics according to the events mentioned therein.
Receive private account and support cases registered in the service according to the case distribution approved by the supervisor.
Commit to attending training courses and meetings announced by the company.
Attend events that contribute to improving the center's image, highlight the department's role, and integrate the beneficiary into society.
The specialist is bound by all provisions of the company and center regulations and any tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Cooperate and interact with a team spirit.
Adhere to working hours.
Competencies and Skills:
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.
Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
40 hours of occupational therapy training.
Saudi Commission for Health Specialties classification.
Personal Skills:
Ability to manage training sessions effectively.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills after obtaining supervisor approval.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and deal with field challenges.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in using computers, Microsoft Office programs, and technical applications.
Communication Skills:
Excellent skills in collaboration and interaction with the rehabilitation team.
Maintain beneficiary confidentiality
Requirements
- GOSI Registration Required or Sponsorship Transfer
- Requires 2-5 Years experience
