Role Overview:
This full-time, on-site position based in Unayzah requires a skilled and detail-oriented professional. The ideal candidate will manage the digital printing process from file preparation to finishing, ensuring outstanding print quality and color accuracy.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design & File Preparation:
  • Create and adjust graphic designs for various products such as boxes, labels, flyers, and promotional materials.
  • Prepare and check print-ready files, ensuring color profiles, bleeds, resolutions, and layout are accurate.
  • Ensure color accuracy between screen and print output.
• Digital Printing Operations:
  • Operate and maintain Ricoh Pro C7200x digital printing machine.
  • Manage color calibration, media settings, and conduct daily machine maintenance.
  • Handle print queues and multiple job types, ensuring production deadlines are met.
• Finishing & Quality Control:
  • Operate Flatbed Cutting Machines, Lamination (Thermal/Cold), and UV Coating Units.
  • Inspect printed jobs for consistency, alignment, and color matching.
  • Ensure all finishing and product standards are of high quality.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital printing operations.
• Strong knowledge of color management, ICC profiles, and CMYK calibration.
• Good understanding of graphics, branding, and typography.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and RIP software (Fiery, VersaWorks, etc.).
• Excellent attention to detail along with time management and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the printing and packaging industry is a strong plus.

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to be part of our dynamic team at NAPCO. In this role, you will be responsible for selling a wide range of our products to assigned customers and providing valuable feedback on competitive activities in your area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell and promote company products effectively.
• Ensure proper execution of planogram in all relevant locations.
• Prepare and issue special order requests as necessary.
• Collect invoices in compliance with the company's aging policy.
• Document preparation for call cycles and business reviews.
• Identify and report potential new customers to the team leader.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate them as needed.
• Present daily customer orders and collections to team leadership.
• Issue return forms for defective products after obtaining prior approval.
• Conduct quarterly customer account reconciliations and secure customer approvals.
• Perform inventory checks during each visit at warehouses and on shelves.
