Job Title: Secretary / Office ManagerThis exciting opportunity represents joining Wadi Clinic in Medina, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO. We are looking for a candidate with exceptional organizational and administrative skills, as well as the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Responsibilities:- Managing the CEO's schedule, setting appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Handling correspondence, emails, and calls on behalf of the CEO.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
- Following up on correspondence and requests to ensure timely completion.
- Representing the CEO before establishments and government agencies as needed.
- Coordinating travel arrangements and logistics.
- Maintaining confidential files and records.
- Communicating with internal departments and external partners.
- Assisting in planning and organizing company events or meetings.
- Providing general administrative support to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements:- Proven experience of two years or more as an office manager, secretary, or similar role.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (and Arabic if necessary).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- The ability to handle confidential information with care and professionalism.
- Attention to detail, initiative, and professionalism in the workplace.
