Join Our Team as a Sales Executive!
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to be part of our dynamic team at NAPCO. In this role, you will be responsible for selling a wide range of our products to assigned customers and providing valuable feedback on competitive activities in your area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell and promote company products effectively.
  • Ensure proper execution of planogram in all relevant locations.
  • Prepare and issue special order requests as necessary.
  • Collect invoices in compliance with the company's aging policy.
  • Document preparation for call cycles and business reviews.
  • Identify and report potential new customers to the team leader.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate them as needed.
  • Present daily customer orders and collections to team leadership.
  • Issue return forms for defective products after obtaining prior approval.
  • Conduct quarterly customer account reconciliations and secure customer approvals.
  • Perform inventory checks during each visit at warehouses and on shelves.
