About the Role

Afaq - Warehouse Branch - J02 is seeking an Operations Executive for Amazon Ultra Fast Grocery (UFG) operations. This full-time role is based in Al Qassim and Riyadh, focusing on designing and launching new business models across the AMET region. The successful candidate will join a team dedicated to redefining fast delivery and building new services for customers, specifically managing 3P Store Operations.

Role Context

This position involves ensuring the consistent implementation and administration of Amazon policies, including attendance tracking. The Operations Executive will be responsible for motivating, coaching, reporting on, and providing feedback regarding associate performance, covering productivity, quality, and safety to meet or exceed Amazon expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily end-to-end UTR operations for one large site or a combination of smaller sites, supervising store operations.
Meet customer-facing metrics while maintaining operational and quality targets, and upholding team safety and morale.
Drive performance management for team members, including preparing and implementing training and development plans for pickers.
Collaborate with merchant stakeholders to continuously improve operational processes and achieve sustained performance improvement.
Conduct daily 4M / 5S and Safety GEMBA audits for stores.
Act as a stand-in for the Area Manager when required.

Qualifications and Experience

Experience required: 0-1 years.
Demonstrated strong record of achieving results in an operations leadership role.
