About the Role

MM Management Consultant is seeking a Project Manager JIS with expertise in cross-country pipeline construction to join their team in Al Qasim, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires 5-10 years of relevant experience and focuses on the comprehensive management of hydrocarbon facility projects.

Role Overview

The Project Manager JIS will oversee and direct the entire project lifecycle, from initial conception through to completion and handover. This position demands deep experience across the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) phases of pipelines, ensuring adherence to project plans, budgets, and international standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct the overall project from conception to completion as a Project Management Professional.
• Execute projects through Conceptual Design, Detail Design, Procurement, Construction, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, and Handover of hydrocarbon facilities.
• Manage the installation of pipelines, piping, and plant process equipment, including structural steel fabrication and installation, associated Civil, E&I, Communication, and Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, and Handover activities.
• Command and control the overall project and sub-Contractors, leveraging a strong technical background.
• Ensure full familiarity with and awareness of international codes and Standards.
• Review the project scope in-depth to schedule deliverables and execute the project as planned and within budget.
• Maintain professional relationships with the Top Management of Clients.
• Attend project meetings with the Client.
• Ensure the correct application of the terms and conditions of ongoing contracts.
• Monitor project resources, identifying potential optimizations.
• Prepare comprehensive reports, consolidating progress and highlighting areas of concern.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in project management, specifically in the construction of cross-country pipelines.
• Demonstrated deep experience in the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) phases of pipelines.
• Possession of a strong technical background relevant to pipeline and hydrocarbon facility projects.
• Thorough familiarity with international codes and standards applicable to the industry.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position based in Al Qasim, Saudi Arabia. The role involves managing complex projects and maintaining key client relationships within the region.
