In this pivotal role, you will coordinate and liaise between our company and government organizations, ensuring smooth and efficient interactions. As part of a dedicated team, you will provide crucial support in obtaining necessary documents such as employment permits and visas. Your responsibilities include:
  • Legislative Compliance: Ensure all company licenses are updated and maintain compliance with government requirements.
  • Government Liaison: Manage labor and immigration relations, while fostering strong relationships with government departments.
  • Employee Support: Assist employees and their families with visa applications and cancellations, as well as housing and transportation needs.
  • General Administration: Keep legal documents updated, produce reports, and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks.
As a successful candidate, you will need:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business.
  • 5 years of experience in a similar role with government organizations.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

  • Delivery Apps & Online Sales: Monitor and reconcile sales from delivery platforms, track e-commerce payments, and report inconsistencies.
  • Bank & Financial Compliance: Perform bank reconciliations, follow up on outstanding payments, and resolve issues.
  • Franchise & Wholesale Accounting: Generate invoices for franchise sales and track wholesale revenue.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • 25 years in accounting, preferably in restaurants or cafés.
  • 12 years in cost accounting (preferred).
  • Proficient in accounting software (*, QuickBooks, Zoho) and CRM systems.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Knowledge of Saudi tax regulations (VAT, Zakat).
